How to know consumption in real-time in order to be sure none client is running out of gas? And after the delivery, how to send invoices to each client with his own consumption?

In GBS you first create a new client. Among new client information – such as the address, type of contract, credit policy, tax and so on – you have dedicated meter information to input.

In the metered customer tab you select the linked tank to him, the delivery site information, the metered contract as well as metered invoicing data.

With gauge level you have consumer consumption data in real-time. This helps you to manage your LPG stocks and to forecast next delivery.

Delivery module in GBS aims to manage deliveries to metered customers the same way it does for standard bulk customers. You have the product level contained in the tank thanks to consumer consumption information, as well as the critical path before running-out of LPG.

Delivery for metered customer is better for distributors of LPG as they only have one tank to refill for several customers, and not one tank per client located at different delivery sites.

When time has come for invoicing, Head-office staff receives consumption thanks to the meter reading. Then staff simply sends the produced invoice from GBS.
